Never book at Lake Motel Hartebee****rt

First of all, this was a total misconception from the adverti*****ts online. The entrance to unit 1 looks like a s****yard. The unit itself has no health and safety, loose electrical cabling, the basin in the bathroom is not properly fixed to the wall. The room does not have a main light. The room and walls are very dirty. The nightfall of the bed was very dirty. I did not even have the courage to check the bed. I also feel that the unit is unsafe as the lock of the door isn't working properly. On my arrival I requested a refund for my 2 nights I paid for and the owner confirmed that they would do the refund with a cancellation fee. To my horror, they only paid me 1 night back less the refund fee and are now telling me they have not agreed to a full refund less cancellation.
