Pots handle 👎

I recently bought a 10piece cookware set from Hart only day one of using the pots the handle of one pot came off I tried sending them msgs on face book even sent an email to this day no response it's so unfortunate that we grew up trusting the brand and being brand loyal and this is the treatment one gets never ever recommending the brand again I'm so disappointed
