Vacuuming robot.

I ordered a mopping sweeping vacuum robot called an Equinox with a docking station from them on 16 March 2020 after I saw the adverti*****t on Facebook. I paid $120.86 in total which included $29.95 for faster service and delivery. Because of Covid 19 I only received it in September 2020. I paid through Paypal. The product was not nearly the one they advertised. I sent them an e-mail about it, sent photos and a video on their request and they said that they would refund me. Afterwards they came back ans said they cannot refund me as I paid through Paypal and that I must contact them. However, Paypal can only return money if a complaint is delivered within 180 days. I tried to get my money back by lodging a complaint through Consumer Goods and Service Ombudsman but they cannot help me as it does not fall within their area of jurisdiction. Please do not support Harshbucket as they are not a reliable company.
