Supplier swearing at customer

My son got a quote from this place to service his car at a price of R1800. Took the car in today and got a call for the replacement of front brake pads to which my son said no. Harry's then indicated that the pollen filter needs replacement and in my sons question if it is included in the service, Harry responded that it is. <br> <br> However my son received an SMS from this place stating that the service no cost R2672. When we queried the increase in cost, we were told that the quote did not include vat, when I told them that it was not the way the quote was given. All of a sudden they mentioned that they replaced the pollen filter.<br> <br> When my son went to collect the car all of a sudden they replaced the petrol filter as well.<br> <br> I phoned the owner who at some point decided to start swearing at me.<br> <br> So guess where we won't take our cars again
