Repair

I have taken the car to Harry's Auto Service for repair, they couldn't repair the car and I requested they assemble it and I will collect it. To my surprise they expected me to pay even the car is not repaired. They want to charge me services I never requested (services like diagnostic). Again they say they charge me for stripping the car and assbling only and the car is not repaired.
