They may not be a company that responds, but I want to make people aware of these people, who says they do repairs to clocks. I took my two antique clocks to Harry Kahn clocks, Highlands North to be repaired by them. I found them unprofessional and *********. Len said he would assess what needed to be repaired on the clocks and give me a quote in two days time. I waited ten days, then had to phone him. He said he was unable to do anything as he couldn't get spares. If he knew anything about clocks and having been in the business for many, many years, as he claims, he surely could have advised me that parts for old clocks are not easy to find. NO, not him, he chose to keep my clock and then said he had to dismantle it to find the problem, so charged me a service fee. He then said that if I really wanted the clock to work he would contact someone he knows in the industry and would send it to him. This leads me to believe that he doesn't even repair clocks on his premises, but sends them out to be repaired and he is just the collection depot.

I would definitely not recommend Harry Kahn Clocks.
