poor service delivery

Hi guys would like to let you know about a district municipality they called Harry gwala municipality they give out notices which remain at ther offices and not handed to the community notifying them of the Times that water supply will be cut off and will be opened at a sertain time .we had a problem a week back we we had no water for for almost 2 days due to the Harry gwala district in kokstad didn't open the water supply . I then contacted the offices and was told that the water supply will only be turned on the next day after a whole day of arguing we got wat at 3.30 pm . It's now the 2nd time this has happend we are working class people who need water to bath and stuff if you give us times stick to them cause we work around those times . I would like feed back as to the outcome .
