DISGUSTING WORKMANSHIP

My truck had broken down on the way to Jhb in Montrose so I found his contact details on the internet. My driver contacted him and explained to him what the problem was, the truck over heated and it blew the head gasket. He then came and towed my truck to his premises where he did the so called repairs. We then drove our truck back to Durban from Harrismith. We then had another delivery to Jhb but the truck over heated again before Marianhill Toll. We had to turn around and return to Durban. When had to then pay a transporter to deliver our customers goods to them. We then contacted Willie on the 8th of June and explained to him that the truck it still over heating and he needs to come and see what the problem is. He told me to check the thermostat, so I did, only to find that he did not put in a new thermostat, which he had charged me for. He just drilled holes in the old one. He didn't even skim the head. He said he would come down to Durban to fix the problem...we are still waiting. The services I paid for I did not receive and he still charged me R10 000...and I didn't even get original parts I have purchased original parts and with the labour.... it has only cost Me R3500.
