No notice of price increase for a year

They raised their monthly service fee without telling me for an entire year. They didn't send me any notice, invoices or statements during that time.

The blame was put on me for not letting them know that I wasn't receiving statements or invoices.

My email address had not changed or anything like that, so it really doesn't seem fair to blame me for this.

They've since stopped replying to my emails.

Highly unprofessional.
