Rude staff

My family and I decided to go to Harries for lunch, but once in the restaurant we were BLATANTLY ignored by every single staff member. After a few waiters had walked past us, I approached a waitress and asked if there was a table available for us and the lady responded by jabbing her finger towards the till area. At the till, a man, who I assume was the manager on duty, as well as two other waiters who were standing right in front of us appeared to be blissfully unaware of our presence even after we'd greeted them, and proceeded to walk away. At that point we left and ate our meal at a restaurant next door. (which was a delightful experience.)<br> There is no excuse for blatant rudeness towards customers, especially in the hospitality industry.
