Harrie's Pancakes Dullstroom - Manager insulting customers

Not happy with their service. Ordeted waffle and ice cream, I then asked the waiter if the chocolate source would be extra, he advised me that is all included. Waiter didn't bring everyone's food, he forgot to serve half of the table. After asking him about the source the bill came with extra charges.

The manager Hannetjie came and had a very bad attitude she didn't even try to resolve the problem just told me that is extra and i need to remember in the future. She insulted me a called me a Chickie *****!!!! I am not happy and would not recommend them at all.

My advise will be....... Send your staff for training on how to handle conflict and how to treat a customer.
