Cant get my info from them

Hallo Peter for the past 3 months I ask Harri Paters Assasiosion te Drie Riviere Vereeniging for the details of my last date that I got credit for my Levi and if I am lucky they wil reply back tommorrow and I am stil waiting for that tomorrow the new agency's whant that date so that they can give me credit from that date I dont know what to do any more my levi wil get behind can you help me please i am in tears dont know any more ?
