False advertising, poor customer service

While ordering shoes on sale, the webpage hung and didn’t say payment was processed. I waited a while before trying again, only for two order confirmations to come through. I ordered the same thing twice and contact them directly to ask for an order to please be cancelled. They declined my request. After a long wait the shoes arrived and were not as per advertised. They were smaller and made of much cheaper material than what was advertised. When asking to return them, it was a mission to get a response. Eventually a man responded and said they cannot assist
