Buyer Beware!!

Unfortunately I have not had a very good experience with Harper Sandals. I placed an order and purchased 3 pairs of their(chloe) sandals on FB and spent R2097.00. I did not receive an order number or confirmation or expected date of delivery. I have sent 4 emails and left several messages on the support contact website. The money has come of my bank account and I am still waiting for some sort of communication from them or their accounts department. This order was placed on the 9th October 2023. They have all my contact details. extremely disappointed. :(
