BAD SERVICE OR RATHER NO SERVICE - ****?

I bought a pair of Orthopedic Sneakers online. They debited my card immediately but no invoice/proof of purchase. I mailed them, as there is no contact number on there website and just got an automated email. There support claim to be available 24/7 but believe me this is also not true. I hope I can get my money back...atleast. I will not recommend them.
