BAD experience with HARPER SANDALS

I have ordered a pair of sandals from HARPER SANDALS through their FB page. The amount was immediately debited from my account, an order number received as well as a tracking number from the "courier" company. Tracking number does not exist when I want to "track and trace" my order. Various emails forwarded to HARPER SANDALS and only feedback received is "we are investigating". I do feel this is not a legit SA company. Please be aware.
