**** artists - beware!

I ordered a pair of sandals in October. To date, i have received no notification or, in fact, any unsolicited communication from them. I have queried the non delivery on their website and they change their response from 'we are looking into it' to 'they have been delivered. Do not touch this company as they are **** artists. I have now started the dispute process with my bank to try to claw my money back.
