Harold failed to pay numerous suppliers

Harold was contracted to build an engineered pool and perform some large renovations at our house in Gordons Bay.<br> To cut a long story short he left numerous suppliers and professionals unpaid and he left us with bills which needed to be paid in order to get the plans eventually approved (two years later). The project cost much more than planned and several jobs which were paid for were simply not done.<br> We see Harold is now operating in Limpopo and just need to warn people not to trust him with large deposits and advance payments.
