Harna Fit - total ******* (pun intended)

I accessed the website via YouTube. Then when I came to the payment section, I opted for the $9.99 option. Quite affordable and went through accurately. And then the real problem started. I couldn't get out of the page offering extras, obviously at an extra cost. There was "Not interested" or "Continue without the extras". Just "Continue" if I remember correctly. Should have made a screenshot, I know. The sizeable payment went off. I immediately contacted customer support, explaining my situation and emphasized not being able to throw $26 around. Cassandra was the first "trying" to help. Offered me an extension of my plan, free of charge, instead of a refund. I insisted on a refund though. Along came Miles with the same offer, and now Clio. I was told that after reconsideration, their decision was final. Beware! User unfriendly site trapping people into signing up for more than they want/can afford. I have screenshots of their email responses.
