ALEX from harmsenattorneys is harassing me for an account for dinner set which I ordered in 1996 via a catalogues rep .when the goods were received by me the 2 of the 5 boxes had brick ,when I advised the company they sent me from pillar to post I sent affidavits and they were to fetch the boxes and later told me to send my complains to the delivery company. I stopped paying and was later garnishee ordered for 2years in 2000 I resigned and stopped paying .2006 this Alex started calling me and demanded payment which I did few months and stopped. I asked him to send me a statement or paperwork for his claims he did not ,he called again In 2015 and I refused to pay without paperwork .on 13/1/16 again he called telling me he has a court order to garnishee my salary and when I asked why after every 10 years he rocks up and the account should be prescribed by now .when I told him will not pay for bricks for the rest of my life he told me If I am married to the chief justice of SA I CAN TELL HIM THAT .I am so tired of this man and simply need help.
