Harmsen Attorneys

I have recently requested 2 updated statements for my accounts that is with Harmsen Attorneys. I noticed that I have already paid R14 500 in total towards both accounts but none of my accounts is decreasing. I then queried it in detail a month ago, send emails several times with no response from them.
