Overpriced In 19years Ive never feeled so **********. And then less than 24hours 1st nail chipped and white started to discolour … Using at least 80% off the shelf product like “planet nails and gel-it” and old tammy gel…priced not more than R100 a bottle but charging me R1450 for nails. I dont mind those products but not if Im charged for salon grade products

Unprofessional and uncomfortable No hot beverages available- cuppachino was not delivered and coffee machine not working. Lights flashing on and off due to electrical fault. Open plugs and cables lying open on the floor.unpleasant music and Ladies dressed inappropriately (no bra with strap dress) no uniform. Black apron cheap and plastic.

Unhygienic Old flakey nail files used and not being sanitised, sharing cuticle clippers between 2 clients and hand ands feet without sanitising. Gel bottles not cleaned , cream used on feet from a sample pack and no cream provided for hands. (Crazy cost cutting going in here) French gel being poured out on a piece of plastic before application not used straight from the bottle . Old washed out towls used on work station with a cheap plastic place mat ontop.

For what I paid I at least expect 100% salon graded quality product to be used not 80% off the shelf product and l

Those the******s are trying their best and clearly management is cutting costs all over.
