I did my lashes on saturday date:16th in the morning at 10:00 am for R750.00 later in the day when i was home I realised that I’m not satisfied with the lashes and the lashes had gaps in between it was not full and some started to come out.I texted the business owner about the situation and she advised me to come on sunday morning but unfortunately I had meeting to attend I couldn’t make it we rescheduled for Tuesday morning ans again the lady who do lashes couldn’t make it to the salon we had to move the appointment to Wednesday the 20th 2023.When I arrived she now tell me “all my lashes are out well there is nothing she can do ,she thought she is just fixing and there is no refund”. I want my money back ,her lashes were so expensive and they couldn’t even last for 2/3days how could people be so mean when offering clients service.
