Disappointing Service

I have been doing my nails here for years, but now the standard of service has surely changed for the worse. They don’t offer a drink anymore. And if you booked a particular nail technician there’s a highest possibility that when you arrive there someone else will do your nails and not the person you booked.

I was so disappointed, had booked the technician i had booked i was told that she is is busy , i looked around saw her prepping nails for a certain white lady. It made me wonder how is it that she can be not available to assist me when i had booked my appointment a day before. It was the first time I experience this at harmony and nails Irene.

Someone else did my nails and i was not happy, I don’t think i will ever go back there again!
