Worst experience ever received.

I ordered 4 backdrops from this business on the 22nd July 2018. At first I only ordered one that she had in stock ready to ship and then ordered 3 more to be delivered at the same post. I paid up front and she was so professional about it.

Excuses and excuses where made thereafter a week, the backdrops were getting printed and then the printers broke and then her kids where in hospital and then she was sending it on every Monday. Eventually after nagging and nagging 3 backdrops got delivered after 1 month. One backdrop still missing the one that she had stock of and advertised so that was not a problem to be printed since it already was but somehow wasn't shipped! My frustration is real because now it's excuses again that it would be sent on this Monday and I would recieve it yesterday. I'm being ignored and I'll probably get another excuse and told I'm being rude from all the messages sent.

Please give me my backdrop or refund me my money paid for it!!! This is ***** and false advertising.
