Disappointed in Harley’s Backdrop shop

On 6 June I ordered a newborn wrap and a backdrop for my photography business. On 16 July by order came but only the newborn wrap was delivered. I immediately contacted Sherri (the owner) and she said she is having problems with the courier and that she will make sure it gets to me. I decided to wait but after waiting more than a month I asked for a refund. She agreed but every time she is making promises to pay my R610 back. I’ve been waiting for a refund for the whole month of September. This is very unprofessional. I would love for my R610 to be refunded.
