Very very bad service.

We bought a 2nd hand motorcycle from this dealership on the 18/11/2019 - paid cash. They delivered the motorcycle a couple of days later with a **** temporary licence. A Month later we continued to chase for the registration (which we have paid for) to be done. Only then was it advised that the vin nr on the motorcycle is registered to another motorcycle and they can't register the motorcycle. It was collected from us with a promise to resolve the matter. another month later and the only resolution is that we need to pay an additional amount for a different motorcycle. We have now requested our money back which seems will be another huge obstacle.
