Taking my Harley to the Tygervalley branch instead!

Worst service. Sales process is amazing but afterwards everything goes rotten. Management is extremely poor and it is evident in staff morale when walking in. Sales manager over promises but cannot deliver. Service department offers great advise but cannot follow through on quotations promised. Sad to see what's happening to this branch.
