These guys are terrible, stay away from them, have had endless problems and no reply after I bought a brand new bike from them they have turned around and told me the 2 year warranty does not apply as they reported the bike earlier than the date I actually took ownership by 6 months. Also they tell you 1st service is free verbally (sales manager - Julian Van Heerden) yet he then denies the agreement. His word cannot be trusted... The Dealer Principle - Andre Oosthuizen is missing in action and the acting Principal Natasha Concalves just ignores your emails after 4 attempts to follow up. They all useless go to Tiger Valley or somewhere else perhaps. Shame on you Harley Davidson CT you are a embarrassment to the Brand.
