Unprofessional institution

I have never encountered a more unprofessional company in my life<br> <br> The staff is unprofessional and not qualified. the director goes to students bad mouthing the staff and gossiping about them, he even told me he has not paid them their salaries and that he will be firing the manager, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, to tell a customer all this, I was shocked!!!! they don't have accredited courses, they never have students textbooks on time, their staff don't even know what they are doing. classes are either clashing or not scheduled on time. many of the students complain about the quality of the lectures and there is no clear communication from the owners about what is going on. The administration is pathetic to say the least and half the time you wont even have email correspondence. I will never study there again. the premises are filthy and they fill their water cooler with tap water. I saw this myself one morning before an exam. <br> <br> they pride themselves with professionalism but it seems they my need some training in professionalism themselves. A lot has to be learned by them about treating people well and respecting their staff and customers.
