Tuition Fees

I have a serious problem with Harley Reed SA that I require prompt attention and assistance. I paid for CIMA in full for all 3 levels from operational, management and strategic. However I only did classes for operational and due to Covid related health issues I couldn't complete. I called earlier this week to find out if I can resume classes when they start. I was informed the Harley agreed no longer does CIMA. I'm still waiting for my refund of the balance of my paid tuition. I really want to avoid legal action. Please assist.
