Harley Reed College

I app**** for a bursary to study ACCA at Harley Reed College. The company I work for paid R 30420 to Harley Reed and after receiving the money they told me that they could not proceed with the course since they did not get enough students enrolled. I asked them to pay my subscription to ACCA which they did. I then enrolled at another institution and I asked them to pay for the exams which they did. I asked them to pay the balance of over R17k back to my employer so that they will not start to make deductions from my salary. The Managing Director Sonia Weston has started ignoring my calls and emails.
