Worst service
<p>I m dissapointed to be writing this review of a brand I expect so much from. </p> <p> </p> <p>I recently got the delivery of my first bike ever. As an avid motorcycle fan the experience from such a delivery has been rather unpleasant. I ve had to beg my sales person to arrange delivery of the bike, he failed to include the gear on the deal set up( which I could accept) but the main issue is the problem with the non locking front horns. This bike doesn't lock and have tried to get assistance from this dealership with all efforts in vain. If I knew I would have never bought a bike from Gold Rand Harley in Boksburg. So much disregard for customer experience. </p>
It's is with pleasure that I write this review. The Harley Davidson at the Gold Rand in Boksburg has through its manager finally taken up the issues raised above. Upon checking the bike, a solution was made and was delivered to my door. Thank you Clint. Oorf the salesperson has also made a noticeable effort in ensuring that my battery issues are taken care of by delivering a charger together with my license disc and a well received apology.
Now looking forward to enjoying the bike. All attention into rectifying the above frustrations appreciated.
