Very unproffesional poor service

<p>On 25 July 2016 the brand new Harley Davidson 48 I bought cash from Harley Davidson Bloemfontein for my wife for her birthday was delivered in Kimberley.</p> <p>Since then......it is 19 September 2016 no papers for the HD could be produced to register the Harley. After numerous enquiries nothing happened. Bloemfontein is blaming Cape Town for the mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is unecceptable!!!!!</p>
