Terrible service and customer disrespect

I had a an ac accident on my bike in April 2019 and had it fetched for repairs by the Bloemfontein Harley dealership. in have nothing but bad disrespectful service after that. To date in September my bike is till not back, firstly there was no feedback with regards to repairs, secondly they tried to avoid doing a full repair job by telling me its not covered by the insurance and even today for the past 3 weeks they have been telling me on poorly constructed and contentless emails that my bike is almost done.

I have two Harleys and got them before I moved to Bloemfontein from JHB, the service here has surely made me regret owning the bikes and will not hesitate to either avoid the Harley in Bloemfontein or get a bike with where the after market support acknowledges and respects the customer.
