Harley Davidson, Miss representation.

I bought a Harley Davidson Softail Slim from HD Zambezi part of the Imperial group 28 August 2014. I was told prior to delivery that they did a service on the bike at 13 000 km and that my next service is only due on 21000 km.
The sale reps were Petro Ellis and Orf that assisted with the transaction. I've now decided to sell the bike. Harley Davidson Lynwood took the bike on consignment, but to my surprise informed me that this bike was never serviced at all., also I was supposed to receive two keys for the bike. (I only received one)

I now have to pay for the services 8000 km and 16 000 km plus buy extra key. I would not have bought the bike if I new there was outstanding services.

Management and the sales lady do not want to take any responsibility and refers me to Clearwater HD to the previous owner who changed ownership can not help me either. Surely Imperial and Harley Davidson should stand in for the negligence of their staff and claims Orf left their employ and it is therefore not their responsibility. Please assist.
