Harley Davidson dissatisfaction!!

My son parked my harley, a black soft tail breakout ,at harley Zambezi on 05 Dec 2017,(I spoke to a salesman Mr Rusty Goosen to take my bike in on that day),Mr Goosen was not at work ,on that day. My intension was to sell my bike ,Mr Goosen was going to be my representative ,at HARLEY Davidson Zambezi ,as I trusted him knowing him for a couple of years ,having sold a previous bike through him ,at Zambezi HARLEY, in the same manner as this one eg,left the bike at HARLEY (no paperwork received,no forms filled in ,no signing required),as well as discussing the fact that I have to cancel my insurance,as my insurance doesn’t cover my bike whilst standing on HARLEY Davidson “s sales floor,without Mr Goosen direction that we have to do this transaction any way differently,neither explaining to me that he is not following company prosudere.. I confirmed with Mr Goosen at a later stage that my bike was with the agency on numerous accessions (reason being I wanted him to sell the extra “s on the bike separately),he did respond by saying he was just waiting for a technician to take of the extras and that he will keep me posted.. I spoke to Mr Goosen on numerous accasions afterwards,to find out relating to the above... Mr Goosens response,”nothing yet”, by my understanding no buyers yet. January 2018 , I contacted Mr Goosen once again ...,on this day Mr Goosen informed me he was retrenched from HARLEY Zambezi... and that they closed down shop ,moving all merchandise and bikes to HARLEY Goldrand in Boksburg,he’s words to me personally was “I saw your bike being loaded”to be transported to HARLEY Goldrand ,so any further info contact Goerge regarding the selling of your bike ,(Goerge is the dealer principal) I contacted Goerge at Goldrand,whoms reaction was at thirst “I have no knowledge about your bikes whereabouts....,but said he will look into the matter... On that same afternoon contact was made with Goerge,he telling me ,he did some recearch,,” my bike was repossessed by my financial institution “!!,I did some recearch my self only to find out from financial institution nothing as such has happened!! I phoned Goerge again ,asking him why I was given such incorrect info ,his response ?...well that is what “they” told him... I asked him sincerely for assistance..he said nothing he can do ,hence the fact he does not have any paperwork regarding the bike ,but did say I have to contact Mr Goosen (he’s been trying to get hold of him ,with no success,for other reasons) I contacted Mr Goosen (after a couple of attempts),eventually picked up the phone ,explaining my dilemma,Mr Goosen now had another story... 1.He might have confused my bike with another bike being loaded 2.He did not “book”my bike in at HARLEY Davidson Zambezi,to safe me money,,for if and when he got a buyer,he would have done the deal” privately “,to save me money and therefor the dealership would not take a “cut” on the deal! 3 .I must phone the driver whom drove the vechile ,taking the bikes to Goldrand HARLEY I phoned Goerge again explaining the above ,he promised me that he will meet with Mr Goosen ,and they will look at camera footage at the already closed down store.. I contacted Mr Kobus Volshenk at Imperial who was and is the owners of HARLEY Davidson ,Zambezi and Goldrand he is apparently the Operation Director) explaining my problem,,he’s reaction basically,no paperwork,no trace ,”there’s no proof your bike was at HARLEY Zambezi. I contacted Goerge again,who **** promising intensions on numerous accasions of looking at the camera footage...,who always had excuses for not doing the latter,,ex (I could not get hold of Mr Goosen,I am busy moving,I was not at work yesterday etc etc . Eventually Goerge reverted back to me ,t”they could not find concrete evidence of my bikes presence at HARLEY Davidson Zambezi,the camera s only keeps 14 to 21 days records . Stating to me “nothing else that he can do ,and suggested I open a case with saps .Harley
