First free service - Not free anymore !!!!

Good day, when I purchased a street bob in 2015 I was informed that the first service is included and is free. This was done in front of two witnesses. Today when collecting the bike I was informed that I had to pay R 2,000 for the service. It was never notes on the otp or contract and as such sorry - you must pay for the service or you cannot take your bike. Needless to say I am not very happy and will be taking the matter further - how many more people have had the exact same thing happening to them ? I want a refund for the full amount paid
