Harley-Davidson Johannesburg puts a smile on your face

I would like to make use of this opportunity to thank Fanie Haarhoff and his competent and friendly team at Johannesburg Harley-Davidson. On Wednesday 2018-09-16 I visited Harley Davidson Gold Rand to redeem gift vouchers purchased from Gold Rand Harley. I was told that they had changed ownership and that they will not honour these gift vouchers. Gold Rand Harley did not change their name and it is still the same name that appears on the vouchers. These gift vouchers have no expiry dates on them nor do they have any terms and conditions printed on them. I feel that this is unacceptable seeing that these vouchers were purchased from Gold Rand Harley to be redeemed at Gold Rand Harley Davidson. These vouchers were purchased in good faith and were given to me as a gift. I contacted Harley-Davidson Johannesburg to get some advice. Not only did Fanie Haarhoff the owner of Joburg Harley apologize for my bad experience I encountered at Gold Rand Harley he offered to help me and to honour my gift vouchers. Thank you Fanie and Johannesburg Harley-Davidson.
