They are either ********, stupid or dishonest

First day: Doesn't listen to what I need and try selling me the worst Harley that exists.

Second day: Get empty promises from sales person on price of bikes. Manager is rude, takes the bike out of my hands while I'm handling it and mouths something off to the sales person.

Needless to say, I bought a bike from a friend of a friend. A part of the agreement to buy the bike, was that the bike would be serviced by Harley Durban, which would give me 'peace of mind', as it's a 'reputable' dealership. I get the bike and the bike and immediately I realize that there is a vibration that doesn't seem right, but I convince myself that the dealership 'should' know what they are doing. I had a busy week and could only ride the following weekend, when I again noticed the vibration and realized that I should probably get this looked at.

I take the bike in to Harley, 2 people test ride the bike and still can't tell what the problem is. They charge me an hours labor for test riding the bike and then want to continue charging me to 'strip' the bike to find the fault. I refused and took the bike to a Harley mechanic who is retired. He picks up the fault immediately and doesn't charge me for finding the obvious fault.

I also get my bike back without the ***** that holds the rear seat in place and I am told that they can give me a quote and order a new one. It's quite a lucrative business *****ing from people like this.
