Dissapointed with HD Umhlanga Rocks

It's really not my style to write negative reviews. I would rather just avoid the business, however, my concern are to be made known and I hope that the branch are able to learn from it and improve their clientele relations. I have visited the branch more than a few times and I have noticed the stylish and wild grandeur merchandise which attracts admiration. The staff are confident and one might mistake their demeanor as somewhat haughty. I imagine, from my point of view one will not get the same consideration as you would like to recieve compared to that of a person that carries a thick wallet. I own a Harley and I can honestly say that I saved up hard in order to purchase another Harley that shows on their floor with cash in hand! Regrettably things turned out complicated. Just a few days ago I send management my email to remind them of the side cover that was cheaply sprayed with a matt black aerosol spray paint instead of the high-street finish a person would have expected from a company such as Harley Davidson. A few hours after I send the email I expected a response. A few days now and I am still anticipation the appearance of the reverted email. I expect nothing will happen and I am fuming!
