Confused customer

<p>Please make understand, as a customer that been at your establishment almost every week making purchases. When the item ive been stocking has run out and your nearest stores are over 30kms away can't you guys make means so that a custoer gets the goods? Tomorrow will be a week now since ive made my purchase and no means have been done to assist me. Instead i keep hearing that the goods might arrive any day. </p>
