Purchased Wagner Spray Systems Gear but no deliver

I paid for Wagner Spray Systems gear from Hardwareonlinebut received no delivery and no response explaining why. I contacted the number on the website and spoke to Sherryn Wright. I received a half baked response and a promise of a call back in 5 minutes but nothing to date. I've since tried calling but received no answer. I'm really hoping there is a body that deals with ***** online stores as I'd love to take this further.
