Non delivery

We ordered and paid for 25 cup brushes on the 6th May 2015 and to date have had nothing but promises of delivery. A tracking number is supposed to be issued so the parcel can be tracked. This just does not happen . The given telephone number goes to voice mail but the box is full and never emptied.
