<p>I bought some items from Hardware online. I paid via EFT. When my items were not delivered I try to contact the company. The phone was only answered once 3 weeks ago. A lady (Sherryl)told me that she will check where my order was. That was the last time she ever answered her phone. I tried contact her via email and she did rep**** periodically over this period. Every time she had excuses such as no stock etc. She then told me she will refund me. She once told me that she was busy refunding me as we spoke. This happened about a week ago. Since then there were no replies from my emails.</p> <p>I know that I should have done more research on this company including reading about them on this forum.</p> <p>I am just wondering that with all the complaints I have read about this company how they could still be allowed to operate.</p> <p>Any body with a sollution?</p>
