Lack of Service

Fortunately I visited Hello Peter and saw at least 3 unhappy customers who had purchased goods and never received them in 2015. I made a few technical enquiries regarding equipment offered online by Hardware Online and they couldn't respond to simple issues. I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND TO UNASSUMING CUSTOMERS TO BE WEARY OF THIS website!!! The website does not allow credit cards - EFT only [RED Flag 1]. The company lists happy customer comments for 2014 and earlier nothing for 2015 [RED Flag 2]. The company says that once you have paid for the items and notified proof of payment only then will they contact suppliers of availability [RED Flag 3]
