I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism I experienced at your establishment in Sandton City, Nelson Mandela Square. Two years ago, a waiter named Phyllip left me completely unattended. I eventually left without paying the bill—not because I didn’t want to pay, but because I was ignored and left frustrated.

Now, on a recent visit, Phyllip had the audacity to shout at me in front of other patrons, creating a humiliating scene. The way people were staring at me was degrading and unacceptable. This level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is shocking for a place of this caliber.

As a customer, I expected better treatment. I demand a formal apology and assurance that this will be addressed. This experience has left me deeply upset, and it’s clear your staff needs urgent training on basic customer service and respect.
