Not trustworthy company they are a ****

Hi my name it's freda I'm from Soweto at Zola 3 and reporting a serious matter on behalf of my father last year 14 May 2020 he ordered tombstones at Hard Rock innovations till today they haven't delivered his order they'd make excuses saying they still waiting for materials and that it's covid times things are going to delay even when the economy opened up they would just make useless excuses and my dad paid cash for this tombstones i feel like the business is not legitimate I think it's one of those business which promise clients empty promises I think this people might be robbing people of their money for their own benefits "****" and giving them nothing in return

My dad no longer wants his order all he wants it's his money back and they still delaying on that they still making excuses that their boss is not around

an agreement was signed that if they won't deliver by June 16 2021 they'll refund my dad back and today it's August 18 2021 (1 year later and 3 months) still no feedback and tombstones are not installed even when my dad goes to that shop they behave like it's the 1st seeing him

Our only hope it's now on hello peter we did go to the police station to report this matter but cops said they don't deal with such cases even tried Skipha Amafiles and speakout we still haven't got any feedback from them I hope it's on hello Peter all we want it's our refund back nothing more??
