Hard rock wants to bill us again for drilling
Hardrock is overrated! After spending so much money on them I was assured all systems go! poor after sales service and had low pressure to zero water! Now they want to come drill some more and want us to pay all over again🥹 😡 zero communication! They send different teams who give different updates! Owners have no care because they are big in Bedfordview!

I apologise on behalf of everyone at Hardrock for not giving you the service that you and all customer's deserve. This particular borehole has been an unusual case. At the time of drilling we intercepted a reasonable yield, which has now dropped over the last few months. Our only option is to recommend drilling the hole deeper. It may be worth getting an opinion from the geo surveyor. We'd like the opportunity to discuss further.
