DISHONEST SUPPLIER - HARDMAN TRAILERS

In December I had a custom trailer built by Hardman Trailers, for my *offroad* dirt bikes. Craig, the owner, asked me for the weight and sizes of the bikes for construction purposes. I sent him a pic of a model trailer which I wanted my trailer to look like. I drove the trailer to the farm in Mpumalanga, loaded the bikes, and on the first trip the mesh snapped. I brought the trailer back to Durban, to be repaired. This was repaired, and I returned it to the farm, just to have the exact same thing happen again. So I brought back AGAIN. When I challenged Craig on the construction, he said the mesh was fine for tar roads. But I had told him from the start it would be for *off-road* use. On the second return, I also asked him to check the wiring as the lights didn't work. I got it back on Friday, after having to pay for the repairs. And the lights still don't work. Fed up by now, I phoned Craig about this. He insisted he'd tested the electrics. Yet, when I was there to collect the trailer, whilst I stood there, his workers told me that the tester did NOT work and they weren't able to use it to test my lights. As the supplier, he refuses to deal honestly with his clients.
